There we review some of the basic principles and models within Procurement.

Day 2 - Lean in Procurement

Here we review how you can map your Procurement processes and thereby optimize and utilize the internal resources you have, as optimally as possible.

    • Brief introduction to Lean
    • How can Lean be transferred to Procurement?
    • Mapping processes and identifying Waste
    • Mapping of optimized processes
    • Implementation plan and Risk assessment

Day 3 - Make Procurements performance measurable and visible

This day we are working on how you can simply and simply make a robust pipeline and how you can work professionally to make Procurements performance visible at C-level level.

    • Build a robust pipeline and create greater results
    • How can the results be measured?
    • Agreement with management on KPIs and how they are measured
    • Building a Procurement Dashboard
    • Monitoring and managing KPIs

The whole course is a mixture of theory, methods and best practice. In general, through the course there will be examples and cases after each area, so that you as a participant get tested methods and theory and thereby find it easier to remember and use the principles in your own company afterwards.
