What is authentic leadership?<\/h2>\n

We often use the word authentic leadership without quite putting into words what it is. Often it is associated with being oneself and not wearing a mask when in public space. According to John Mattone, recognized as one of the world's leading authorities in leadership, it has to do with various elements.<\/p>\n

The authentic leader is aware of his own strengths and weaknesses and dares to show these to the outside world, because without character you have nothing. The leaders who know how to get the most out of their own strengths, who are aware of their own weaknesses, are the leaders who are described as most authentic. Those weaknesses suddenly become your strength when you dare to acknowledge and stand by them and at the same time your strengths become more credible.<\/p>\n

2. Disciples who are loyal and trustworthy but sometimes hesitant to act independently.<\/p>\n

2. Entertainers who are charismatic and perfect, whose style and content are unique.<\/p>\n

1. Drivers who are the leaders who get things done but can be overconfident.<\/p>\n

2. Arbitrators who are good at finding common interests in the midst of deep conflicts.<\/p>\n

3. Perfectionists who can achieve huge results, but who can also be too critical and ultimately push colleagues away.<\/p>\n
